Two-dimensional superconductors refer to materials that exhibit superconductivity confined to a two-dimensional space, and their superconducting properties are significantly affected by dimensional effects. Our research will unveil new superconducting phenomena and mechanisms in ultra-thin two-dimensional atomic layers. Specifically, we will explore its superconducting properties under strong magnetic fields, topological superconducting states, and study heterostructures formed with other material systems, especially Josephson junctions.
