Professor in the Department of Physics at Fudan University since 2012.
Research Field: Condensed Matter Physics
Research Directions
Growth and physical properties of topological Dirac materials, transport properties of twisted graphene, and device studies of new two-dimensional atomic crystals. In the field of Dirac materials, the focus is on the growth of new quantum materials, physical property measurements, and preparation and characterization of quantum devices. In the field of two-dimensional materials, the main research is on their electrical, magnetic, and optoelectronic properties. The current focus is on twisted graphene transport, topological material properties, and device research on new two-dimensional atomic crystals.
