磁性异质结是由不同磁性材料层堆叠形成的结构,具有独特的磁性特性。我们将研究磁性异质结内部的磁交换耦合、自旋输运和磁性调控等物理现象。具体包括研究其自旋极化、自旋霍尔效应等现象,并探索其在新型自旋电子器件和信息存储技术中的应用。我们将重点关注磁性异质结中的界面效应、自旋输运特性。
