基于低维原子晶体的光电探测器

    低维原子晶体具有独特的光学和电学性质,对光电探测器器件具有重要意义。我们将研究低维原子晶体的特性,包括光吸收、载流子输运等过程。具体而言,我们将关注其光电转换效率、载流子寿命、光响应率等关键参数,并针对材料本身的特性进行优化设计。通过深入理解与控制低维原子晶体的性质,我们致力于推动光电探测器器件性能的提升和新型原型器件的开发。
