二维超导体

    二维超导体是指限制在二维空间内呈现超导性的材料,其超导性质受到维度效应的显著影响。我们的研究将揭示超薄二维原子层中新的超导现象和机理。具体而言,我们将探究其在强磁场下的超导性质、拓扑超导态等新现象,并研究与其它材料体系所形成的异质结,特别是约瑟夫森结。
